倒拨电表“吞”电费

　　早报讯 61岁的陈洪，本来可以开始享受退休生活了，如今却面临10年的牢狱之灾。11年前，他倒拨了两个村的电表，侵吞电费20余万元。

　　那时，陈  洪是宁波市用电管理所的 puma suede shoes 抄表员，负责抄录江北区甬江街道下辖的8个村的用电情况。

　　沈海良和徐惠尧分别是当年甄隘村的村支书和水电工，他们找到陈洪，说  村里每年电费开支都太大，请他帮忙。

　　陈洪答应了，但要求将“省”下来的电费分1/3到1/4给他。

　　倒拨电表的事，陈洪  干了两次，分别收了1万元和4万元的好处费。

　　别的村听说了，也请他去“帮忙”。他收到的钱，都用于嫖赌。

　　1998年下  半年，沈海良因涉嫌公司企业人员受贿罪落网。陈洪知道大事不妙，跑了。

　　这一跑就是10年。以为事过境迁的陈洪回到宁波后，没几天就被抓了。  

　　至于当年到底偷了多少电，几位当事人都说记不清了，发票也没办法查证。按陈洪收的好处费和比例倒推算，至少有20余万元。其中，甄隘村占了  15万余元。
