英国女舞蹈家。波兰人。1888年2月20日生于华沙， shox nz pink 1982 年 6月12日卒于伦敦。她是英国芭蕾的创始人之一。早在1920年,她就开设了英国第1所芭蕾舞学校，1926年演出了英国第1部芭蕾《时装的悲剧》。后来她还组织了一个芭蕾舞俱乐部。直到第二次世界大战爆发，这个组织仍继续发展，演出过许多重要的新舞剧，并培养出大批人才。1931年兰伯特组成了一个阵容坚强的兰伯特芭蕾舞团，这是英国历史最久的芭蕾舞团，在美国和世界各地举行了一系列演出，获得了巨大成功。这个剧团和它的学校在英国芭蕾发展史上起到了重要作用。许多英国著名芭蕾舞明星都是兰伯特芭蕾舞学校毕业的。特别是兰伯特本人对英国芭蕾舞的发展有着不可磨灭的功绩。因经济和其他原因，兰伯特后来只领导一个人数不多的小型现代芭蕾舞团。兰伯特是中国最早的一批芭蕾舞界老朋友，曾于20世纪50年代末率芭蕾舞团来中国访问演出。
